A vintage photograph shows a little girl dressed to go some place very special. Perhaps it was a high school graduation of someone that she knew. On a pivotal day in May 1980, we were the special ones embarking on the cusp of great change in our lives. Graduation gave way to emancipation, which gave way to wonderful things and troubling in store. We were well prepared, outfitted with white caps and gowns to receive our diplomas and a last hooray as a show of support. This page is dedicated to share images of memories of that very special day.
